1.      We will have 10 swim meets this year.

-          9 have been booked, 1 is still pending.

2.      We will possibly be moving practices to a Cartersville location. We are just waiting on the city approval and will have a final decision by the beginning of August.

3.      Lettering – will be strictly enforced this year!

4.      Swim for a Cause – we will still be donating a percentage to Project lunch.

5.      Swag for swimmer this year included in their registration fees:

-          Jacket, shirt, 1 swim cap (gray for everyone and white for seniors)

-          Only new swimmers will receive a team magnet.

-          Seniors (6) will be getting a monogrammed towel.

6.      Sponsors – ½ of every sponsor a swimmer receives will go to their registration fees.

-          Val will update the sponsor form to remove sponsor names will not be going on the back of shirts this year, but will only be added to our team banner.   

7.      Tentative End of Season Banquet – February 10th

-          Stacy will ask 1885 about possible catering ($10 per person deal)

8.      Open House – July 29th 4:00-8:00

-          Val and swimmers will man the swim table.

9.      Need a snack table volunteer!!!

10.  Swimmers will still need to order bathing suits and practice swim equipment through Swim Outlet.

11.  Parent Meeting – Tentative date is August 19th @ 6:30

12.  Registration dues are due by September 19. Swimmers can’t swim until dues are paid.

13.  Registration dues are $425 this year – depending on how many swimmers sign up this may change.

14.  Pasta Pig Out dates

-          Thursday October 23rd

-          Friday December 5th  

-          Friday January 9th  

-          Thursday January 22nd

-           State Dinner – the week of Feb. 3rd – 7th

15.  Shae will print out 9 team pics for sponsors last year.
