Warm Up:

  • 200 Choice

  • 8 x 25 Choice - Alternating Fast/Easy

Main Set

  • 8 x 25 yard flutter kick with board - 15 seconds rest

  • 8 x 50 yard alternate Free/Back or Breast/Fly - 20 seconds rest

  • 8 x 25 yard  alternate fast/easy kicks with - 10 seconds rest

  • 8 x 50 yard choice - 15 seconds rest 

  • 8 x 25 yard flutter kick with board - 15 seconds rest
